Lynne Daubaras is a lawyer who has a practice focussing on estate litigation, estate planning and estate administration.  Prior to opening her firm, Lynne was a senior associate at a Bay Street litigation boutique, where she litigated a wide range of civil matters, many with an insurance component. She advises on and litigates a number of estate law matters, and assists clients with complex estate planning. She focuses on resolving disputes in estate, trust and capacity proceedings, and acts in matters involving powers of attorney and guardianship. Lynne further assists clients with family law matters, and has a developing practice in fertility law. She also has several years of experience litigating complex commercial insurance disputes, acting for both insurers and policyholders, and acts for individuals and corporations in a variety of civil litigation matters.  Lynne has appeared before all levels of Ontario Courts, and at the Federal Court of Canada, and has extensive mediation and arbitration experience.
