Zaid Sayeed manages a legal practice with special emphasis on municipal, corporate governance, commercial and intellectual property matters. He was admitted to the bar in 2006 after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School and articling at a litigation boutique. He provides sophisticated litigation, alternative dispute resolution and corporate/transactional services to clients ranging from large commercial businesses to inter-provincial and multi-national not-for-profit enterprises. He is also regularly retained by other lawyers and private individuals. As a member of Municipal Law Chambers, he often provides support on complex municipal litigation files.

Zaid has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada and various tribunals. He is also an experienced negotiator and has appeared before private mediators and arbitrators.
